Who We Are

Weinstein, Taylor and Associates was founded by Fred Weinstein and Andy Taylor in 1986.  Fred is our senior engineer, having consulted internationally for such organizations as Bechtel, Hatch Associates and the Asian Development Bank.  Andy is our project manager with more than 25 years experience in construction and building science.

They lead a team of dedicated, enthusiastic engineers and technical specialists.

We offer a quality engineering service.  We do not recycle 'off the shelf' designs.  We do not guess or use rules of thumb.  We do not oversize at the client's expense in place of accurate calculations.  Our designs result in greater energy efficiency, less maintenance, longer equipment life and lower life cycle cost.
